Japanese volume (1956): 324 pp., four leaves of advertising at front (unpaginated), one single-sided and two double-sided fold-out detailed diagrams, 28 double-sided black-and-white plates, numerous black-and-white silhouettes throughout, some other diagrams included, two double-sided fold-out tables included.
English volume (1958): 128 pp., two double-sided fold-out tables included. Japanese volume: top end of spine bumped, very light spotting on top and fore-edge of text block, light foxing on back of single-sided fold-out diagram. English volume: top of spine bumped, some rubbing on top-left of cover, gilt lettering on cover a little faded, very light spotting on edges of text block. Mailing box: edges of spine a little rubbed, corners a little bumped, small green Dymock's sticker on the lower-left front corner, a little light general wear overall. Otherwise, near-fine copies in a very good mailing box. Japanese text: fourth edition; English text: third edition. Scarce.
