This absorbing two-volume compilation of six pictorial collections vividly illustrates the Italian armed forces' experiences in World War One. The first volume covers: On the High Mountains, The Carso, and The Battle between the Brenta and the Adige. The second volume covers: The Battle of Gorizia, The Upper Isonzo and Aeronautics.
