The account of Sonia Orwell, George Orwell's second wife, who inspired a long list of artist among which her husband as well as Marguerite Duras and painters such as William Coldstream, Rodrigo Moynihan. Sonia Orwell worked for the magazine Horizon during the 1940s alongside Cyril Connolly. In the 1960s, she co-edited the four-volume collection of Orwell's non-fiction writings. Item #4588
