A history of the No. 10 Elementary Flying Training School established at Temora, NSW,during the Second World War. The school was part of Britain's ambitious Empire Air Training Scheme. Ron Maslin tells of the events and personalities associated with No. 10 E.F.T.S., and examines how the school and the Royal Australian Air Force members who trained there drew the small country town together during a time of great difficulty.
