Kilmarnock: Kennedy's and the Glenfield Iron Foundry, 1885. Two catalogues bound together, as issued in the original gilt lettered green cloth. Each comprises separately paginated sections. The second catalogue features a chromolithographic frontispiece; and both catalogues are illustrated with fine steel engravings throughout. Cloth moderately flecked, otherwise in excellent condition. Two trade catalogues of hydraulic fittings and supplies issued by Kennedy's Patent Water Meter Company and the Glenfield Iron Foundry in Kilmarnock. The two companies were later incorporated as Glenfield & Kennedy, and issued catalogues under this name henceforth.
Products of special interest include drinking fountains, fire-fighting equipment, hydrants, reservoir standposts, and so forth.
