The first leaf of the booklet is authorised by Captain Raymond M. O'Connor, in his role as Commandant of Cadets. Dated 25 February 1944, it notes that sheets are to be replaced as regulations are updated, although the entire contents of this booklet bear the original date. The Regulations cover organisation and rank, billeting, accommodation, 'recreational and social priviliges', postal censorship, visitors and so forth. Item #4146
