The Chindits were special operations units of the British and Indian armies which saw action in World War Two in Burma (1943-44). The unit was formed for raiding operations against the Imperial Japanese Army, mostly long-range penetration operations, targeting Japanese tropps, facilities and lines of communication. Out Of The Blue provides an account of the war in Burma. Item #3507
