The sections of the report comprises detailed information and analysis on the wind tunnel of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the pilot tube and the inclined manometer, the adjustment of velocity gradient across a section of the wind tunnel, and the critical speeds for flat disks in a normal wind as well as many other aspects of the wind tunnel experiments.
