Rubbed spine ends, slightly frayed at corners, cloth thumbed, hinge split, otherwise a good reading copy. An account of the early years of flying and the development of the airplane as well as the training of aviators. The last chapters of the book are dedicated to the beginning of the submarine invention and its use in warfare. Item #2939
