Sydney: Jackson & O'Sullivan, 1934. Octavo, blue cloth, [x], 256 pp., illustrated, d/w incomplete. Boards rubbed at spine ends, some browning on the spine, flecking along the boards' edges, some spotting on preliminary pages, previous owner's stamps on both free-endpapers, dust jacket incomplete. Overall, a good copy. An account of Jean Batten's solo flight from London to Sydney in 1934 in her de Havilland biplane achieving a world records. Item #2327
