London: Popular Library, circa 1935. Octavo, original red cloth with black spine lettering, 216 pp., frontispiece and three plates. Some foxing of the edges and internally scattered throughout, yet a near-fine copy with the dust-jacket (this a little chipped and frayed). Another fast-paced Rochester boiler, this time focusing on the inventor of an underground burrowing tank stolen by desperadoes and used for malign purposes. The dust-jacket is well-preserved and striking indeed. Item #1785
