Toronto: Rous & Mann, 1919. Small quarto, original decorated boards with blue cloth backstrip, 318 pp., numerous plates throughout. The boards are a little browned and gently worn at extremities, yet a very good and handsome copy overall. With preliminary note pencilled 'gift of Dame Gladys Cooper' dated April 1968. Cooper was an eminent stage and silent screen actress of the twenties. Item #173
