London: John Hamilton, circa 1936. Small thick octavo, original cloth, xii, 276 pp., frontispiece and 23 plates. Some moderate foxing of edges, cloth a bit rubbed and bumped, but a good copy overall. Contains a chapter of some forty-two pages concerning Lawrence of Arabia. The author writes as follows: 'We of No. 1 Squadron, Australian Flying Corps, were at various times his aerial chauffers, his aerial lieutenants, his Arab impressers. So I can, at least, write of Lawrence of Arabia with some degree of first-hand-knowledge'. Item #1537
